Plain Glazed Moroccan Clay Tagine 20 cm (8 in) – Serves 1 to 2

Moroccan tagine for cooking and traditional terracotta. A highly heat-resistant and can be used on the gas fire, electric fire in the oven and the microwave quality. It is a small size 8-inch diameter, recommended for one to two people.

Care & use

• Before the first use, submerge the container in water for several hours.
• Make it dry in oven at low temperature. Then, slowly make water boil in it.
• Please use a heat diffuser over a direct flame (such as gas or electric). Always start cooking with soft fire. Avoid abrupt changes of temperature.
• Let it cool before washing. Do not put empty on fire or within microwaves.

Cooking temperature:

• The tagine can be used at a cooking temperature ranging from 150 to 200°C (300 to 400°F).
