Shipping and Returns
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days to the address provided at checkout. You can also pick up your order for free at our store.
Shipping in Canada
Free shipping on orders of $75 or more in Canada.
For orders under $75, shipping fees are as follows:

Delivery times
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, your order usually arrives within 2 to 7 business days, depending on your region.
We ship with Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, UPS, ICS Courier or UniUni, choosing the fastest and most affordable service for your address and parcel.
Large items (furniture, large light fixtures) may require
additional time. We will contact you if this is the case.
Free in-store pickup
You can choose to pick up your order for free at our store, 3852 Saint-Denis Street in Montréal. We will notify you by email as soon as it is ready.
Shipping to the United States and internationally
Shipping to the United States is temporarily suspended
due to very high customs clearance fees.
The rates below will apply once the service resumes.

For other countries, fees are calculated based on the shipping address, weight and size of the parcel. We will email you an estimate after you place your order.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.
Returns
You may return an item within 10 days of receiving it, under the following conditions:
- the item is new, unused and in its original packaging;
- sale items cannot be returned or exchanged;
- returns are free: we email you a prepaid return label, or you can bring the item back to our store at 3852 Saint-Denis Street in Montreal.
Please contact us before sending any return. The refund, excluding the original shipping fees, is issued once the item has been received and inspected.
