04 — PRICES AND PRODUCTS

Prices, Taxes and Product Information

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude taxes and shipping charges. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout. In Canada, taxes are calculated according to the shipping address.

We make every effort to provide the information you need about each product through photographs and detailed descriptions.

05 — YOUR ORDER

Confirmation and Availability

Your order is prepared after confirmation and full payment of your purchase, according to the processing times stated in our shipping policy.

If one or more products become unavailable after your purchase, the following options are available to you:

• A refund for the unavailable product or products.
• Shipment of the available products first, followed by the remaining products as soon as they are back in stock.

06 — SHIPPING

Shipping and In-Store Pickup

Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, delivery generally takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on your region. Bulky items may require additional time.

Shipping is free within Canada on orders of $75 CAD or more. You can also choose free pickup at our boutique at 3852, rue Saint-Denis in Montréal. We will email you when your order is ready.

07 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returning an Item

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return within 10 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions of our return policy.

• The item must be new, unused and in its original packaging.
• Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returns are free: we email you a prepaid return label, or you can bring the item back to our store at 3852 Saint-Denis Street in Montreal.
• Please contact our team before returning any item.

A refund, excluding the original shipping charges, will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
