Moroccan Cooking Tagine, traditional and made of earthenware. It is highly heat-resistant and can be used on a gas stove, electric stove, in the oven, and in the microwave. This is a small 12-inch diameter size, recommended for up to 6 people.

Care and Use:

• Before the first use, immerse the vessel in water for several hours.
• Dry it in a low-temperature oven. Then, slowly bring water to a boil.
• Use a heat diffuser on direct heat sources (such as gas or electric).
• Always start cooking on low heat. Avoid sudden temperature changes.
• Allow it to cool before washing.
• Do not place it empty on the heat or in the microwave.

Cooking temperature:

The tagine can be used at a cooking temperature ranging from 150 to 200°C (300 to 400°F).
