Moroccan Tajine Cooking, Traditional and Made of Clay

A high-quality tajine that is very heat-resistant and can be used on a gas stove, electric stove, in the oven, and in the microwave. It is a small size with an 11-inch diameter, recommended for up to 3 people.

Care and Usage

• Before first use, immerse the pot in water for several hours.
• Dry it in the oven at low temperature. Then, gradually bring the water to a boil.
• Use a heat diffuser on direct heat sources (such as gas or electric stoves).
• Always start cooking on low heat.
• Avoid sudden temperature changes.

Allow it to cool before washing. Do not place it empty on the stove or in the microwave.

Cooking Temperature:

• The tajine can be used at a cooking temperature between 150 to 200°C (300 to 400°F).
