Moroccan tagine for cooking and traditional terracotta. A highly heat-resistant and can be used on the gas fire, electric fire in the oven and the microwave quality. It is a small size 8-inch diameter, recommended for one to two people.

Care & use

Before the first use, submerge the container in water for several hours. Make it dry in oven at low temperature. Then, slowly make water boil in it. Please use a heat diffuser over a direct flame (such as gas or electric). Always start cooking with soft fire. Avoid abrupt changes of temperature. Let it cool before washing. Do not put empty on fire or within microwaves.
