Djellabas are long, loose and very comfortable dresses. They are of Berber origin worn by women and men in Morocco, Tunisia and Algeria. Contrary to what they are given as definition in some sites, djellabas can be with or without hood and with long sleeves or short sleeves. They are generally embroidered around the neck, at the chest and on the sleeves. Indeed, for parties people wear ceremonial djellabas, more elaborate and more expensive but for everyday and at home they are simpler and more relaxed. Jabadors are also traditional clothes, they consist of a tunic and pants in the same color. They are usually made of cotton or linen and are also very comfortable. There are also several types of jabadors ranging from the simplest to the most worked. Without forgetting of course the tunics which can be worn with any type of clothing and for all occasions.
